If you already have a pair of classic cross-country skis, check the ski/boot compatibility
There are several binding standards depending on the brand:SNS, SNS PILOT, NNN, PROLONK, TURNAMIC
These different standards aren't always compatible and don’t let you attach skis and boots together.
There are unisex style boots that are as suitable for women as for men that have efficient lacing and adjustment systems
to fit the feet shape better.
More and more suppliers now offer women's styles to better fit the shape of female cross-country skiers:narrower fit and ankle.
As for size, choose your usual shoe size in which you feel most comfortable.
