On the slopes, to protect yourself from the cold and humidity well we advice you the"3-layer system".
- Layer 1, worn next to the skin:ski baselayers. It will bring you warmth and comfort while providing freedom of movement. Breathable, baselayers wick perspiration keeping you dry
- Layer 2 insulating, the ski under-jacket to keep the heat around the body and stay dry.
- Then Layer 3 protective layer, the ski jacket and pants, waterproof and windproof.
- Ski/Snowboard covers
- Boot bag
- Snow chains!
- A windscreeen scraper
- A brush to remove the snow off the car
Think of tea towels, towels, sheets, blankets, pillow cases or cleaning products.(Some mountain accommodationS provide linen, inquire beforehand) For little problems, temporary aches and pains, body aches, sunburn or sore throat, remember to take some medication:painkillers, dressings, disinfectant, sunscreen, lip balm ...
Finally, to keep busy after long days of skiing or in case of bad weather, don't forget board games, books, phone, music, phone chargers, CHEEEESE...
